General Terms and Conditions
Delivery times: All items are delivered immediately, if available from stock, within 48 hours. Otherwise we will inform you by e-mail as far as we have an address from you about the expected delivery time. Delays in delivery, e.g. due to force majeure, traffic disruptions and acts of God as well as other events for which we are not events for which we are not responsible, no claim for damages can be made against us.
Please state your name as the reason for payment in your bank transfer so that we can allocate your payment receipt to the order. The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been received (retention of title according to ยง 455 BGB).
Right of return: Unused items can be returned in their original undamaged packaging within 14 days of delivery. The buyer bears the shipping costs for the return shipment, except in the case of faulty goods. Unfortunately, unwrapped items cannot be returned.
Right of revocation: You can revoke your contractual declaration within two weeks without giving reasons in text form (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) or by returning the goods. The period begins at the earliest upon receipt of these instructions. Timely dispatch of the revocation or the goods is sufficient to comply with the revocation period. Consequences of revocation: In the event of an effective revocation, the services received by both parties must be returned. If you are unable to return the goods or services received in full or in part or only in a deteriorated condition, you may have to compensate us for the loss in value. This does not apply to the surrender of goods if the deterioration of the goods is exclusively due to their inspection - as would have been possible for you in a store, for example. Furthermore, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation by not using the item as if it were your property and refraining from doing anything that could impair its value. You must bear the costs of returning the goods if the delivered goods correspond to those ordered. You must fulfill obligations to reimburse payments within 30 days of sending your declaration of revocation.
Warranty: If transport damage to the goods is detected, the recipient must immediately report the damage to the carrier (shipping service). Other recognizable transport damage must be reported to us in writing within 8 days of receipt of the goods at the latest. We are not liable for defects caused by incorrect handling, normal use, or external influences. If the goods are repaired by the customer or by third parties without our written consent, the warranty claim against us shall lapse.
Validity of the GTC: By placing an order, the General Terms and Conditions of the tiros-games online store are recognized. Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid for any reason whatsoever, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Verbal agreements require written confirmation. The place of fulfillment and jurisdiction is Bonn, unless otherwise regulated by law.
